Two versions: Yellowdig Classic and Yellowdig Engage. Now that Yellowdig Engage is available, they discourage using Yellowdig Classic since it has less flexibility and allows less organization of course communities. Data is not compatible between the two systems so work done in the old version will not be available in the new version without some special request data transfer work by Yellowdig.

While we are currently installing this LTI into individual courses during the COVID-19 campus closure, since it is being offered for free by the vendor during this situation, this is an expensive tool that will require funding by some organization on campus in order to continue using it after the campus learning style situation is normalized. And a full security Risk Analysis will be required as part of the contract negotiations at that time.
