MATLAB® Grader™ is a browser-based tool for creating MATLAB coding assignments that automatically grade submissions and return feedback. 

When LTI 1.3 (LTI Advantage) is enabled in Canvas, instructors add Grader via Assignments → External Tool → MATLAB Grader, and scores flow back to the Canvas gradebook. Students complete work entirely in the browser—no MATLAB install required; needed toolboxes are included.

Licensing: Access to MATLAB Grader is included with academic/professional MATLAB licenses that are current on Software Maintenance Service (SMS); LMS integration requires an institutional Academic Teaching, Campus-Wide, or Community & Technical College license.
